50 Thais visit Hoi An
The Bangkok Chapter of the international business group 'Young Presidents Organisation' asked Bridget March to share her knowledge of the history, economy and architecture of Hoi An in a welcoming presentation at The Victoria Resort-Hoi An. To welcome the group of 50 Thai company presidents, Bridget also put together a 'goody bag' filled with some of the region's specialties and her books.
Bridget commented that her research for this project had unearthed some fascinating details about the way local builders include principles of Feng Shui when restoring the houses of Hoi An Old town and some little-known facts about local culture that fascinated the visiting Thais.
'I will be share it with you when I publish the 4th edition of 'A Week in Hoi An' due next year.
